Long Live You was founded to help women in the Prahran area tap into the life-transforming power of smart, fun and science-backed exercise.

We are a supportive outdoor training community, passionate about helping our tribe discover a better way to move, train and live.

Whether you opt for semi-private sessions or group workouts, our multi-directional training, as well as the lymphatic and vagus nerve stimulation techniques that we incorporate into sessions, will help you develop a robust and resilient body to handle the rigours of everyday life.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Mobilisation

We guide you through dynamic stretches and movements that effectively massage your muscles and joints to increase motion and reduce pain.

Multi-directional movement

Exercises that move the body in 3 different ‘planes’ – forward and backward; side-to-side; and rotational – increase balance and strength, and reduce injury.

Lymphatic system work

Exercises that target specific muscles and raise the heart rate stimulate the lymphatic system, which boosts immunity and helps the body remove cellular waste.

Vagus nerve stimulation

Using exercises that stimulate the vagus nerve, which controls digestion, heart rate and the immune system, we can reduce pain and improve mood and wellbeing

Semi-private training

Discover human movement that goes beyond traditional gym workouts. Learn to train your body in multiple directions to create a strong and resilient body that is ready for everyday life.

Sessions include cutting edge Powerplate vibration, lymphatic system love and vagus nerve stimulation to move your body towards optimal health.

 

Small group training

Working out in a fun and supportive group environment is a great way to push yourself that little bit harder during your training, and to share some smiles while doing so!

Join in the fun of our amazing community of like-minded ladies, choosing from a range of classes that includes Stick Mobility, Resistance, Boxing and Cardio.

 

1-on-1 movement consultation

Our experienced movement professionals can empower you to achieve your specific wellness and fitness goals.

The consultation will be the first step on your journey to discovering movements that lengthen, strengthen and mobilise your body, ready for whatever life has in store.

 

Lymphascial Reset Protocol

This treatment modality was created in 2019 and combines lymphatic stimulation and myofascial (connective tissue) release.

Based on the premise of healing, both the lymphatic and myofascial systems have remarkable potential to stimulate and unlock a body that has been trapped physically, chemically, emotionally or even immunologically. The treatment involves hands on work and is mostly passive for the participant, with some movement required in order to shift fluid throughout the body. It's 'better than a massage!'

A Team Approach

We are extremely proud to offer you the opportunity to work with a team of experienced female practitioners who have joined forces to help you to take control of your health. This unique opportunity brings together over 50 years of combined experience from three passionate practitioners and will deliver a comprehensive and informative frame work to better understand your health.

LONG LIVE YOU GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Working out in a group is a fun and effective way to push yourself that little bit harder during your training! Choose from Mobility, Cardio, Boxing, Resistance or HIIT – or do them all!

RESISTANCE TRAINING

Resistance sessions focus on building and maintaining lean muscle mass using bodyweight techniques as well as a variety of equipment, including ViPR weighted rubber tubes and dumbbells. These sessions are also essential if you're aiming to lose weight.

STICK MOBILITY

Stick Mobility is a progressive and innovative training system that increases fitness, mobility, muscle activation and strength. Using these fantastic flexible sticks, you'll learn how to move better and reverse the negative effects of sitting at a desk.
